Check the websites of the BBB or the FTC and see what others are saying on ripoff report or complaints board. If you think it’s a scam, you may want to report it to the BBB. You’ll find all the addresses here:
I know if the brokers are located in the US, they are regulated by the NFA, National Futures Association. The three brokers that I am dealing now are FXDD.Com, FXCM.Com and Alpari.Com. I have a positive experience with them, and they are a member of the NFA.
Another good broker that I heard is MIGFX.Com, based in Europe, but I have never dealt with them. MIGFX is based in Europe, Switzerland I think. The minimum deposit they require is $5000.00. I am going to try MigFX, sometime later, because MigFx allows you to hedge your position. They are not regulated by the NFA, since they are located in Europe, but MigFX is also a bank, so I think they are strong company.
