I trade forex through FXSolutions.
Every feature on the live account is available on the practice accounts, including the free charting software. References :

Often a broker will offer a free signal service only to live account holders. In that case, you could probably open a live account (you might have to make a deposit) and use it to see the signals, but only trade on the demo account so that you’re not risking any money. References :

Oanda offers one of the best demo platforms in my opinion. You could also Google ‘MetaTrader demo account’ and find a number of entities offering demo accounts with the MT platform that provides just as much as a live account.
