We had more than enough info to determine quite the overlap in our worlds, and now with more upgrades, the PFR system sits at an 86.3% profit avg month to month!!

A quick update for today. Economic data came out just near expectations and the market took on a consolidative tone. Not much movement across the majors. With the DOW trading at the 11k level, were looking to risk appetite/aversion to guide us through the rest of the week with todays data, US Retail Sales and CPI shining some light on US fundamentals.

Is eToro Forex Broker Forced Stop Loss a Scam Feature?

eToro has the worse platform ever. Their casino-like platform includes an option of forcing you to put a stop loss to your trade.
While, it’s always good to set a SL you should also know that SL must not be fixed but must be relative to the market conditions for example using the ATR indidicator as most successful traders do. Otherwise, the SL will do the same job as if you didnt have put a SL. And this is exactly this "trick" eToro uses to be sure you won’t be profitable especially if you’re a new trader.
All brokers leave this function free to each trader but not eToro which however is a new company. There should be a reason to this and you should know it.
It’s idiot to trade without a SL as it’s also very idiot to leave your broker do it for you. Actually, who makes money when you lose? Your broker…I have personnally left this broker until they remove this unbiaised feature which is not for now as it’s their bread and butter! Don’t let you blind with their shiny trading platform as you will lose faster as you would have never think of…
absolutely a scam, which is why I use a mental stop loss AND never let a position out of my sight. If you need sleep, close your position. Professional traders don’t sleep, so they don’t need S/L
What Forex brokers do you recommend and why?

I doubt if it’s 20% of Forex Traders make money the first year out. Everything I’ve read has said the number is closer to 5% (at least for day & swing traders).
All FX brokers are poor. Over the years I like GFT the best.
The key to success in any trading & especially FX is trading money management (risk control). It doesn’t matter how good you are in pick the right pair and direction…. if your risk control is not great… you will fail at FX trading.
Read as much as you can before opening an account. Check out;
