Ridiculous US laws! Put the money creation to a bunch of people, then they can use a word Independence to do whatever they like? Man, isn’t it a dictator? I don’t think FED chairman is the second most powerful man in US. He is THE most powerful man. After all, what can president do without money? Can he even get elected without money?
